We are currently searching for a Lead Outlet Sales Associate who will work in and support our Outlet Store in Dallas, Texas. This role will represent Arteriors' brand with excellence and provide team-uniting leadership to drive company revenue and meet targets with sales implementation initiatives. This role reports to the Outlet Manager.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Acts as a leader and role model within the store by:
    • Driving sales
    • Ensuring operational excellence
    • Maintaining social media account
  • Creates a meaningful relationship with the customers to generate sales revenue through:
    • Using in-depth knowledge of outstanding customer service techniques and expert product knowledge
    • Maintaining immediate and clear communication to address all customer concerns
    • Proactive follow-up on potential sales leads
    • Follows through with the coordination of customer pick-up of purchases
  • Takes ownership of creating a pristine store environment through coordinating cleaning efforts and organization of the sales floor.
  • Works in tandem with the visual manager to continually maintain and update all lighting, including—but not limited to—using ladders/pulley systems to install and remove overhead products as needed.
  • Works closely with Outlet Manager to maintain daily inventory accuracy, promptly addressing discrepancies and price changes. This includes regular markdowns of merchandise.
  • Inspires the team to achieve continuously increasing results
  • Works effectively cross-departmentally, is responsive, and demonstrates strong planning and change management skills.
  • Promotes Arteriors as the industry leader through the highest professional standard of conduct by always acting in the best interest of Arteriors and fellow employees

You possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or greater 
  • 5+ years in retail or customer service position, management experience preferred 
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written 
  • Capable of lifting, pushing and pulling items up to 50lbs and climbing ladders 
  • Available to work weekends
