As a Outside Sales Representative (Brand Ambassador) in our New York showroom, you’ll work in a goal-based sales environment to create meaningful relationships with our clients and maximize sales through determining client needs, answering questions about our product, and recommending the right solutions. To land this gig, you’ll need experience in a sales environment, preferably for a luxury brand or within the furniture and design industries.
What to expect of your first 30, 60, and 90 days:
30 Days:
- Demonstrate competence in operational systems (Wiz, Zoho, Arteriors website & all the resources on it, Franpos, Exponet), demonstrate understanding of Arteriors seasonal message and merchandise assortment.
60 Days:
- Demonstrate understanding of RPI/Touchpoints process and impact.
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency on the showroom floor to provide excellent service, urgency with follow up/resolution on correspondence
90 Days:
- Lead Conversion at company standard
- Appointments in or out of showroom for new clients/newly assigned clients
- Demonstrate the ability to deliver a presentation (at a showroom level)
- Demonstrate the ability to walk the showroom and articulate the seasonal message
