Overview

The Junior Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in owning key phases of the Arteriors Brand Ambassadors’ projects. This position is ideally suited for a proactive and customer-oriented individual with a passion for project management. It offers a valuable opportunity to gain insights into the Projects Team and its operations.

 

What to expect of your first 30, 60, and 90 days: 

 

30 Days – Learn & Build Foundation

• Shadow Project Coordinators on quote, model room, and production workflows to understand the full project lifecycle.

• Learn and practice using internal systems (e.g., ZOHO Projects, ZOHO Desk, NAV) with at least 90% accuracy in test exercises.

• Meet 1:1 with key stakeholders (Ops, Sales, Compliance, Assembly) to understand cross-functional impact of the role.

• Support inbox management by drafting replies for review before sending.

 

60 Days – Take Ownership

• Independently manage inline and modified order entry, with Trainer oversight, achieving 95% accuracy.

• Begin sending client/internal updates with minimal edits from Trainer.

• Track and report weekly project status updates with clear action items.

• Resolve at least 1 project-related issue (e.g., wrong cost, claim, or compliance question) independently and escalate appropriately.

 

90 Days – Deliver Results
• Fully manage assigned projects from cradle to grave with minimal oversight.

• Consistently meet deadlines for quote requests, order entry, and client communication.

• Identify one improvement opportunity in current processes (e.g., RFQ accuracy, communication handoffs) and present a recommendation to the team.

• Demonstrate reliability by managing inbox responses and incoming calls with minimal oversight.
