Overview

We are currently searching for a Lead Outlet Sales Associate who will work in and support our Outlet Store in Dallas, Texas. This role will represent Arteriors' brand with excellence and provide team-uniting leadership to drive company revenue and meet targets with sales implementation initiatives. This role reports to the Outlet Manager.

 

What to expect of your first 30, 60, and 90 days: 

 

30 Days 

  • Comfortable with Franpos sales: Ring up sales, apply discounts, create new customers, print tags, and capture emails. Follow the Designer tax forms procedures.
  • Set up the client book.
  • Assists in receiving weekly truck delivery.
  • Learn lamp shade 101 and be able to properly wrap lamp cords.
  • Comfortable with Arteriors website, Canto, and Dynamics Nav navigation. 

60 Days

  • Create and print tags without assistance. Instigate markdowns and create tags without assistance. 
  • Add to Nav order without and monitor wish lists for customer requests & add to the order.
  • Sales Log: take over daily sales recording on the log, Designer sales reporting, and Designer count 
  • Practice Franpos reports and review with the Outlet Manager. 
  • Add two new clients to the client book a week. 

90 Days

  • Work with Outlet Manager & Visual Merchandiser on store inventory selections. 
  • Can run Franpos reports without assistance 
  • Send the monthly sale report & inventory adjustment to Outlet Manager. 
  • Store email capture at 50% or above. 
  • Develops an idea for a promotion or event to be held at the store. 
  • Add three new clients to the client book a week. Demonstrate five times where a wish list item resulted in a sale.

You possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or greater 
  • 5+ years in retail or customer service position, management experience preferred 
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written 
  • Capable of lifting, pushing and pulling items up to 50lbs and climbing ladders 
  • Available to work weekends
