The Compliance Specialist ensures Arteriors' products meet global quality and safety standards by maintaining documentation, coordinating testing, and managing corrective actions with suppliers and certification bodies. You will serve as a liaison between Arteriors teams, Certification Bodies, and Agents / Factories.
What to expect of your first 30, 60, and 90 days:
30 Days
- Shadow receiving, inspection, returns, assembly, and replacement departments to develop an understanding of processes, qualities, and compliance for each of the departments.
- Show demonstrated understanding of the inspection and QC Hold process.
- Demonstrate ability to navigate NAV, Power Apps, and Targit and update databases.
60 Days
- Create a European Document of Conformity.
- Conduct Tilt Test and complete testing report
- Demonstrate ability to issue a SCAR, including moving it through the process steps and closing.
- Demonstrate ability to issue a QN.
- Demonstrate the ability to run Compliance, QC Hold, SCARs, Vendor Scorecards, Returns reports, and dashboards.
- Report on weekly inbound inspection risks and corrective actions.
90 Days
- Demonstrate competence with NAV, Power Apps, and Targit by running various reports and updating databases.
- Demonstrate knowledge of compliance documentation and its purpose (CB Report, DoCs, RoHS Test Results)
- Demonstrate ability to process, follow up, and discuss SCARs.
- Identify and detail top offenders for Vendor Scorecards.
