We are currently searching for a Retail Sales Associate who will work in and support our Outlet Store in Dallas, Texas. This role will represent Arteriors' brand with excellence and provide team-uniting leadership to drive company revenue and meet targets with sales implementation initiatives. This role reports to the Outlet Manager.
What to expect of your first 30, 60, and 90 days:
30 Days – Foundational Proficiency
- Accurately process POS transactions (sales, discounts, customer setup, email capture) and understand designer tax procedures
- Establish a client book and support store operations (receiving, merchandising, order prep, packaging)
- Demonstrate foundational product knowledge and proper handling techniques (e.g., lamp shades, cord wrapping)
- Navigate and utilize the Arteriors website and Canto for product and inventory information
60 Days – Operational Effectiveness & Client Engagement
- Manage and grow client relationships through wish lists, follow-ups, and consistent outreach
- Utilize the Daily Inventory Report and follow-up processes to support sales opportunities and customer pickups
- Achieve a 40% email capture rate and add at least two new clients per week
90 Days – Independent Performance & Sales Contribution
- Independently manage inventory intake using Canto and the Arteriors website
- Convert client wish lists and inquiries into completed sales through proactive follow-up
- Maintain 50%+ email capture and generate at least six sales per month from leads or wish list activity
- Contribute to brand and client engagement efforts (e.g., adding three new Instagram followers per week)
