- Evaluate website analytics, trade and consumer conversion paths, lead generation, account activation, revenue performance, and channel efficiency to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Identify immediate opportunities to improve the customer journey, including trade account signup, trade landing pages, product reviews, mobile experience, email flows, and SMS.
- Establish clear expectations for agency partners and direct reports, assess current performance, and identify areas where greater accountability or improved execution is needed.

- Drive progress on high-impact trade and consumer initiatives, taking ownership of next steps, coordinating resources, and proactively removing roadblocks.
- Establish consistent KPI reporting and use performance data to identify trends, uncover conversion gaps, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Hold agency partners accountable for performance, deliverables, and results, proactively addressing underperformance and identifying opportunities to improve return on investment.
- Set clear goals and expectations for direct reports, providing direction, coaching, and accountability to keep initiatives moving forward.
90 Days
- Demonstrate measurable progress on priority ecommerce initiatives, with completed improvements and active projects tied to trade lead generation, account conversion, consumer ecommerce performance, or revenue growth.
- Use analytics, customer behavior, and testing to evaluate results, identify opportunities, and continuously optimize website performance and conversion.
- Present executive-ready reporting that connects digital performance to business outcomes, highlights key wins and gaps, and outlines specific recommendations for improvement.
- Establish a proactive, results-driven operating rhythm across digital initiatives, agency partnerships, and team execution, with clear ownership and accountability.
- Align with marketing leadership on next-quarter priorities, setting ambitious but achievable goals and outlining the actions needed to deliver continued growth.
