  The Quality and Compliance Manager will be responsible for project managing a team to help lower quality percentages across the board inclusive of true quality issues, customer service issues, packing and handling issues. This person will serve as the liaison between Executive leadership, Product Development Director and the Quality team members. In this role, you will: - Assist in processing, arranging, and monitoring quality and compliance certification/testing, audits/inspections, and corrective actions - Prepare regular/quarterly reports to provide management team with information regarding quality and returns data - Assist with the implementation and monitoring of new/updated systems, standards, processes, policies, and procedures - Support processes to ensure compliance with all local, state, federal and international laws, and regulations as well as company policies, procedures, and internal controls - Assist with managing overall production timelines from PO submission through delivery - Participate in review of the Vendor Compliance Manual to communicate development, quality, compliance, and logistics expectations to factory - Work cross-functionally with Product Development, Logistics and Global Supplier network in the development of safe, well designed, and cost effective product that meets all required guidelines. Inclusive but not limited to UL, Intertek, all offshore agents’ teams etc. (this will also include internal teams such as IT, Sales Support, Design/PD and Commercial teams) - Ability to work with offshore and domestic factories when products have issues involving damages, packaging, finishing and collaborate to find solutions for existing issues and future receipts of the goods - Coordinate audits with other departments within an organization to ensure that all aspects of quality assurance are being addressed - Review data collected during audits to identify any potential areas of concern and determine immediate action plans - Train employees on new quality procedures to ensure that they are aware of new policies and procedures - Execute against established internal audit processes at the factory level, warehouse level and office level - Ensure our global quality footprint add continue to execute on our current sustainability efforts What began over 35 years ago as a boutique accessories company has evolved into a global force in the design industry.  With premier lighting, furniture and accessories, Arteriors redefines interior spaces through unexpected creativity and meticulous craftsmanship.  Pursuit of innovation drives us forward.  Our imagination never rests. The Planner will develop, execute, and maintain planning functions and strategies. The Planner will be responsible for a broad range of functions related to the day-to-day functions associated with the Planning department. It requires the individual to have a strong sense of ownership, accountability, must excel in management and planning skills, high sense of urgency, proactive and curious approach to solving problems, effective and concise communication, organizational agility, planning, and priority management while meeting commitments and deadlines. Key Roles and Responsibilities - Creates, implements, and executes planning processes - Creates, implements, and executes reporting tools to analyze strategies and results - Develops workflow processes that improve efficiency - Monitors and reports on key metrics to ensure efficiency - Identifies and implements new technologies to improve planning and reliability Production Planning - Leads, manages, and oversee production planning & scheduling functions by aligning the buying team, logistics and vendor partners the ensure optimal product availability and flow - Develops forecasts for shipping needs and confirms that the necessary inventory is available - Analyzes and manages shipping processes, performance, and readies adjustments to improve efficiency - Develops and maintains relationships with suppliers - Work with Buying team and vendors on open purchase order prioritization needs and projections Financial Planning & Inventory Analysis - Recap and analyze actual sales results to plan, forecasts in-season sales and inventories on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis - Analyze Inventory Position to evaluate and identify risks and opportunities by category - Identify Receipt Goals and Targets by category to maintain optimal inventory levels and in stock % - Forecast monthly receipt targets to achieve overall receipt budget and goals Demand & Assortment Planning - Lead Demand Planning functions and collaborate with the buying team in demand forecasting, buying and inventory management through the product life cycle - Partner with Manager, Buying, and Product Management team to develop assortment plans and execution - Identify opportunities or gaps within the demand forecasting process and work with IT on rolling out enhancements to current tools and reporting - Collaborate with Sr. Buyer on setting forecast for new items - Develop and improve the information flow that is necessary to ensure that inventory positions are maintained to meet the business needs - Analyze historical sales data and current forecast trends to identify risks and opportunities by category

Arteriors is an award-winning global home furnishings company based in Dallas, Texas, with showrooms and retailers around the world.  We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to develop and manage global marketing programs to support business development and advance brand building.  This position will oversee aspects of Arteriors’ brand strategy and marketing programs including advertising, public relations, and social media.   The individual should be a strategic thinker adept at managing brand content and activation. The role requires leadership in planning and execution, plus representing Arteriors with our Guest Designers, influencers, and clients at key branded events.  This position will report directly to the VP, Marketing.  We are seeking a candidate with that rare mix of creative ideation, luxury aesthetic, and seasoned project management skills, along with a high level of accountability and drive to achieve tangible results.   Key Responsibilities - Manage and implement the marketing strategy and plan across media, sponsorships, public relations, social media, and select collateral, both globally and by sales channels: trade, showroom, retail, key accounts, lighting, commercial, international and e-commerce. - Execute advertising plan within assigned budget. - Manage activities with two PR Agencies (NY and London) to ensure brand global messaging and positioning is consistent and KPI’s are achieved. - Manage social media agency and execute approved strategy, editorial calendar, content pillars, reels, etc. - Brief PR and social media agencies on all seasonal launches providing all relevant information and creative assets for events and trade shows and launch activation. - Review press materials and social content for product/brand messaging accuracy. - Manage user generated content (UGC) including aggregating images, labeling images with product names/user handle, selecting images for digital programs, negotiating/confirming usage rights, etc.  - Monitor and respond to product/customer service inquiries across all social media channels daily.  - Upload and ID images to Pinterest boards created by social media agency. - Manages and develops customized programs with industry associations and trade markets (ASID, IDS, NEWH, SBID, RIBA, NYDC, LCDQ, DCCH, HPMKT, LVM, HDExpo, BDNY, etc.) - Manages showhouse (Kips Bay, Design on a Dime, sponsorship opportunities including product loans/donations for select clients. - Build strong rapport with cross-functional partners.
